Approval of reports: Presentation and approval of the financial report and the narrative report for 2025.

Admission of members: Approval of the admission of new members to the Forum.

Updates and activities: An overview of activities in 2026—what has been done so far and plans for the remainder of the year.

Related administrative approvals:

• Approval of authorized signatories
• Election of the Chair of the General Assembly
• Approval of the office address
• Approval of the accounting firm providing ongoing support
