The Negev Coexistence Forum for Civil Equality needs your help! Together we shall change the world
The Forum was established with the aim creating a framework for Arab-Jewish cooperation, as a basis for joint struggle to achieve equal civil rights and to promote tolerance and coexistence in the Negev
The Negev Co-Existence Forum needs your help!
The Forum was and still is based on volunteer activity: people who realize that without community intervention, government policy will yield injustice, hostility and a grim future for the Negev.
Donations can be made by cheques sent to P.O. Box 130, Omer 84965 or by Israel Gives
Annual membership fee – 40 I.S. single; 60 I.S. family
We encourage you to volunteer in the following domains:
- Public relations and media – contacts with journalists and media people; writing announcements to the media and mailing lists; organizing tours to journalists; enhancing public awareness to the issues the Forum is promoting.
- Translation from Hebrew to English and Arabic and vice versa. This involves translation of the Forum's newsletter every few months as well as material to our site.
- Membership in the solidarity tours team – this calls for commitment to join the team that visits places where house demolitions took place or fields were sprayed.
- Editing the newsletter – collecting material, editing, contacts with the translators, monitoring the printing process.
- Multaka-Mifgash team – contributing to the cultural activities and organizing events.
- Other domains – fund raising, international communications, photography, town planning, help in updating the site especially in English and Arabic, etc.
